Welcome to Hill Country Canines; we're excited to have you join our waiting list for your puppy choice.  We do however want to make sure you understand how our waiting list and selection process works before you fully commit to placing a deposit and joining our waiting list.  Our puppy selection process is handled in order of deposits received, and names are removed from the list as puppies are selected (we reserve the right to first pick).  If you are not able to select a puppy from the most current litter, your name will be moved up on the list for the next planned litter.


We will need to speak with you over the phone before we proceed with shipping a puppy, as details, dates, and locations will vary from customer to customer. Final payment for puppies that are shipped will be due prior to shipping. Shipping options include: Ground Transportation - price to be quoted by driver prior to delivery, or Airline Transportation, either in cabin with a nanny, or cargo shipping - price to be quoted prior to shipment.

You are also more than welcome to pick up your puppy in person. If you choose to pick up your puppy yourself, final payment will be due at the time of pickup.


Hill Country Canines accepts deposits and final payments in the form of: cash, checks*, cashier's checks, or via PayPal. We require a $350 deposit to hold the puppy of your choosing. While deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable. Should you decide to change your puppy choice prior to pick up, you will be moved to a waiting list, and your deposit can be put toward another puppy from a future litter.  Hill Country Canines reserves the right to first pick of each litter. 

*Please note, if you choose to make your payment in the form of a check, know that you will not receive your puppy until the check has cleared the bank.
